SgT Network Manager is a powerful web-based platform for building, strengthening, and sustaining collaborative safeguarding networks with families. It is a complete digital space which professionals, families, and network members can use to build the network with those families who need it; develop and strengthen safeguarding plans together; manage accountability; organize meetings; store documents; keep a journal; and sustain the network and safeguarding work over time. In addition to being powerful, SgT Network Manager is purpose-built to align with how safeguarding with networks should work. They can access their network, manage meetings, review the shared plan and update it if needed, update key contacts, retain important documents (safeguarding plan, etc.) in one secure location, keep a journal, and continue to build on the network and safeguarding begun with the service or agency. This matters because the true measure of sustainability is not whether we, as professionals, can keep a family safeguarded while they are directly involved. Although that is part of it, sustainment is determined by whether families and networks have what they need to continue the work on their own.
