Challenging times

Child welfare continues to face significant challenges in creating sustainable improvement across practice, leadership, quality assurance, supervision, workforce development, and organizational systems. Despite substantial investment in training and reform programmes, organizations often experience:

  • Practice inconsistency

  • Practice drift

  • Weak organizational alignment

  • Recording systems that do not support the ideal sustained outcomes for children and families

  • An increased number of children in care due to a lack of sophisticated, robust network-centred approaches.

  • Workforce fatigue and implementation overload

  • Difficulty sustaining change over time

  • Case recurrence due to unsustainable or poor safeguarding planning

ATA Consultancy invites personnel from Children’s Protective Services and safeguarding agencies to join an exclusive online session introducing Safeguarding Together. A whole-system approach designed to strengthen safeguarding practice through organizational alignment, critical thinking, implementation science, and sustainable systems change.
