Introducing ATA Connect

Welcome to ATA Connect: Tools for Supporting Practice.

Exceptional safeguarding practice isn’t done in a single moment or through just one system. To do their best work, practitioners need access to trusted tools and resources, opportunities to learn, strong supervision, time to reflect, and chances to learn with and from their peers. ATA Connect provides all of these supports through one easy-to-use platform. With an ATA Connect account, you can access ATA Apps, the Safeguarding Library, the Safeguarding Community, and discover practical ways to enhance, streamline, and empower your practice.

Discover ATA Apps

ATA Connect unifies a suite of applications that are designed to support different aspects of safeguarding practice.

ATA Intelligence: ATA Intelligence is a practice app that helps reduce administrative burden and gives you back time to do meaningful work with children and families. ATA Intelligence can help you prepare for sessions with young people, organize your practice information, sessions and contact logs are transcribed live for you (and more like features), identify follow-up actions, track outstanding work, and keep everything you need in one place. Its smart calendar and workload management features help you plan your time, prioritize what’s most important, and show up better prepared for home visits, meetings, supervision, and other critical practice tasks. ATA Intelligence is built around your practice. It simplifies everyday tasks, reduces cognitive load, and empowers you to work with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Network Manager: Learn how to facilitate the creation, managiment and sustainability while also understanding and coordinating the network around children and families. Network Manager gives you tools to help bring relationships, supports, and professional networks into focus.

ReferralReady: Make referrals that get noticed and drive action. ReferralReady guides users through organizing key information and presenting concerns clearly and effectively.

Reflect on your response, ask for feedback, and gain the confidence you need to do your job.

Learning Organization: Help your organization learn from successes and setbacks. Learning Organization is designed to help teams develop processes for converting feedback, information, and work review into actionable learning.

Safeguarding Library: The Safeguarding Library is one centralized location where you can find vetted safeguarding resources. You’ll find a growing collection of Safeguarding Together resources, practice tools, guidance, publications, learning materials, and other relevant information to help you do your job well. Rather than searching through various websites and documents to find what you need, you’ll have access to helpful resources all in one organized place. Find learning materials to help you learn faster, prepare more effectively, and use your new knowledge with confidence.

Safeguarding Community: Strong practice is built by connecting with others. In the Safeguarding Community, practitioners, supervisors, leaders, instructors, organizations, and partners can connect to ask questions, share resources, learn about upcoming events, and talk about practice experiences. The Safeguarding Community provides a safe place to engage in professional discussions without posting confidential or identifiable information about the people and families with whom we work.

Built to complement your existing tools, ATA Connect doesn’t require your organization to switch from the tools and systems you already use. It exists alongside your current, approved case recording systems (all private and confidential data is always kept and stored on our organziations servers, not ATA Consultancy servers) to add functionality and support without forcing you to change how you work. Your organization can continue to use its current official systems while connecting staff to ATA’s learning resources, mobile apps, and professional community.

*Applications and features available may vary by plan, organization, jurisdiction, and release. *
