Creating an ATA Connect account is free.

Once registered, users can explore the application catalogue, find out more about each solution and view the available access and pricing options.There is no requirement to purchase an application simply because you register.

ATA Connected Practice Solutions have been designed to work independently or together.

An organisation might choose a single application to address a particular practice need — strengthening referrals, supporting practitioners, developing supervision, building networks or creating opportunities to rehearse difficult practice.

For organisations implementing Safeguarding Together, the solutions can also work alongside the SgT Framework Companion, creating a connected practice ecosystem that supports the safeguarding journey from assessment and safeguarding planning through to monitoring, sustainability and closure.

This means organisations can start where they need to, add solutions as their needs develop, or bring the wider ecosystem together as part of a whole-system implementation.

ATA Connect is designed for both individuals and organisations. This includes practitioners, students and learners, supervisors, practice leaders and organisations looking to strengthen safeguarding practice.

Do I have to purchase the whole ATA ecosystem?
No. ATA applications are designed to work independently or together. You can start with the solution that best meets your needs and add others over time. For organisations implementing Safeguarding Together, applications can also work alongside the SgT Framework Companion as part of a connected whole-system approach.

Do I need to be implementing Safeguarding Together to use the apps?
No. Many ATA applications can be used independently. Safeguarding Together organisations can also bring applications together with the SgT Framework Companion to support a wider connected practice ecosystem.

Will ATA Connect replace our existing case management system?
No. ATA Connect is designed to work with an organisation's approved systems rather than requiring organisations to replace their existing system of record. We work with organisations to understand their existing arrangements and agree how ATA solutions can operate alongside them.

Does ATA hold our case data?
ATA Connect is not designed to become a permanent store of an organisation's case data. Official case information remains within the organisation's approved system of record or other explicitly agreed repository. Data handling, storage, retention and security arrangements are agreed as part of organisational setup.

Does the AI make safeguarding decisions?
No. AI within ATA applications is there to support professional thinking — for example, by organising information, identifying possible gaps, supporting reflection and reducing repetitive administrative work. Professional judgement and responsibility always remain with the practitioner and organisation.

How is information kept secure?
ATA Connect is designed around controlled access, organisational boundaries, appropriate authentication and minimum-necessary use of information. Specific security, integration and data-handling arrangements are agreed with organisations according to the solutions they use.

Can we see the applications before deciding?
